Before Don started using Corel Painter in early 1997, he rendered illustrations on gessoed board with airbrushed acrylics and colored pencil. Now with Painter's digital tools and brushes, he still uses exactly the same method. That's how he's able to match the look of his traditionally rendered artwork so well.

Sketches and color comps are emailed for approval instead of faxed or couriered.

And if the final art isn't delivered via email, it arrives on CD. Either way, there's no scanning time or expense for Don's clients. You gotta love that!
